Team Swinburne recently hosted our Year 10 STEAM class and students were treated to a workshop and manufacturing facility tour at Swinburne University. Since last year, students have been working with Formula SAE teams from Swinburne University, Monash University and Melbourne University to build a small-scale Formula One car, and we are delighted to continue this partnership as part of the STEAM curriculum offered at Siena College. Mimicking the world of a Formula One team, students have been attending regular online consultations with their Formula SAE mentors in preparation for their final presentation.
