The Siena in Siena Immersion students were honoured to participate in a special Mass to San Francesco D'Assisi, celebrated by Pope Francis at the Vatican. Today marks the first day of the Synod on Synodality, where bishops, cardinals, religious leaders from different faiths, and lay men and women were brought together for the first time to commence the thirty-day Synod. The primary goal of this Synod is to refocus our gaze on God. The staff and students of Siena College were guests of Australia's Ambassador to the Holy See, Ms Chiara Porro.
