The Agora Gardens were abuzz with energy on Tuesday as our Head of English, Kacey Pelle took on the courageous challenge of shaving her hair to support the Kopanang Community Project in South Africa. Siena College staff and students rallied together with enthusiasm, generously donating to cut or shave sections of Kacey's hair. The event was an overwhelming success with all funds raised directly supporting the provision of school uniforms, shoes and supplies for the 2025 school year.
This inspiring act of solidarity showcased the Siena community's incredible spirit and collective commitment to making a positive difference. Together, we have contributed to creating a meaningful impact for the women and families of the Kopanang Community. Donations are still welcome.
