At Siena College, we value student voice and actively encourage leadership participation. In Term 1, Year 7 students are invited to join the Pillars Leadership Program, a lunchtime initiative designed to develop leadership skills, foster peer connections and deepen their understanding of our Dominican Tradition. As part of this program, Year 12 Communications Leader Sarah H, along with Priya S and Ciara W, shared their leadership journeys and reflected on both the challenges and highlights of their experiences.
Upon completing the program, students may apply for the Year 7 Student Voice Leader position, where they will represent their House at Student Representative Council and House meetings. In this role, they will collaborate, organise activities and make a meaningful impact. Elections begin in Term 2, best of luck to all applicants!
