Our thanks to alumnae Emily Abrahams (Class of 2020), Isabella Punturere (Class of 2016) and Kristin Monteiro (Class of 2014) who spoke to our Year 12 cohort about the challenges of Year 12 and the transition beyond secondary school. Head of Senior Pathways, Anita Galli, asked our alumnae to reflect on what had motivated, surprised and challenged them during their VCE final year.
Identifying your learning style, playing to your strengths and being open to different techniques were all discussed as was the need to accept that setbacks are part of the learning curve. Above all, don't forget to enjoy the year, have balance and "don't proscrastinate - just get on with it!!"
