To commemorate World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD), the Siena community stepped out in a vibrant display of colourful and crazy socks, proudly supporting WDSD’s 'Lots of Socks' campaign. This simple yet powerful gesture sparked conversations about inclusion and diversity, reinforcing our commitment to celebrating every individual.
Adding to the spirit of the day, the Learning Diversity Department hosted a baking session with Emma P (Year 7) and Pia B (Year 12), who lovingly prepared delicious treats to share with staff and students. This wonderful initiative not only raised awareness but also embodied the values of kindness, connection and community. What a joyful and meaningful way to end the week!
